Role Title: IBM Process Modeler – GDC
Description: Process architect
IFW APM experience
• 2+ years using WBM to model current state and target state
process models
• Preferred experience with WBM to do Simulation
• Strong communication skills – ability to facilitate
sessions with SMEs
• Good leadership skills as this person will be in region
representing my team.

IFW BOM/IDM
Some of the desired qualifications would be:
- Strong Object Oriented Design experience
- Strong Object Oriented Development experience
- UML modeling experience.
- Experience working with at least one Model Driven
Methodology
- SOA Design/Development Experience implementing Web
Services leveraging industry standards:
o SOAP
o XML
o WS-*
- Familiarity with at least 1 SDLC methodology
- Experience with Rational System Architect
