Systems in question: SCM and ECC
SCM is a 3 system landscape Dev, QA and Prod, Running on windows 2003
and SQl 2005
ECC is a 3 System landscape, DEV, QA and a Two Node Cluster for
Prod, Running windows 2008 and SQL 2008.
Transportation Module EXP will be Added advantage.
*****ECC is not in prod and the project will go Live April this year.

User creating/terminations
Backups
System copies etc.
Modifying Roles
After hours
System Copies
Lock users
Open system
Weekend APO Realignments, Forecast Freeze to support Application team
(Once a Month)

Enhancements
