Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
* TIBCO Business Works Developer will work directly with system architects and java developers to create workflows and implement business and technical services for a complex healthcare application
* Responsible for the design and development of TIBCO processing workflows, including flow orchestration, message validations, transformations, transaction management, and integration with java services
* Ensures that the requirements are accurately depicted in the system design and correctly implemented TIBCO workflows and services
* Articulates the context and technical details concerning this complex SOA implementation and responds to stakeholder inquiries/requests regarding implementation
* He/she must also be comfortable with the agile development processes, participate in daily SCRUM meetings, and adhere to designing, coding, unit-testing, and deployments within monthly agile sprints
Required Experience (2-3 years minimum)
* Must be experienced in processing of EDI/X12 records
* Must understand the structure and validations for CAQH core messages
* Must be able to effectively use the following products to develop TIBCO workflows and application services:
o TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks
o TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Bundle
o TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Server
o TIBCO Foresight(tm) Instream(R) Healthcare Edition
o TIBCO Foresight(tm) Transaction Insight(R) Healthcare Edition
o TIBCO Foresight(tm) Translator Healthcare Edition
o TIBCO Foresight EDISM
o TIBCO BusinessConnect(tm) EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Familiarity with TIBCO BusinessConnect Gateway
* 5-7 years of experience in the complete system development lifecycle (SDLC) of J2EE web-based client-server systems
* 3-5 years of experience working with and configuring of one or more J2EE Servers: Websphere, Weblogic, Glassfish, Tomcat, JBoss
* 3-5 years of experience with relational-database development and reporting
* 2-3 years of experience developing java services in SOA environment
* 2-3 years of XML experience including schema design/extensions and XML parsing
* 2-3 years of experience with version control systems, such as CVS or Subversion
* 2-3 years of experience developing with Java Message Service (JMS)
* Experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating web services into a large application
* Experience with federal Medicare and state Medicaid/CHIP systems, commercial insurance systems, or related federal health systems
* Familiarity with 508 requirements
* Ability to create product documentation, UML, deliverable design artifacts
* Experience in training and educating junior development resources, providing guidance
* Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, and to present ideas clearly
