Do you know what newsgroup I can try that will show me how to convert my
old CIS 3 file cabinet to ASCII or Eudora?
I made the mistake of installing CIS2000 and not only did I have to
rebuild my registry, but it wouldn't even find (much less convert) the
old cabinets. I have several years of mail I can't read!

Before you buy.
I bought it, it did it. Wonderful & thanks for the info.
After nearly trashing my system, it was a relief to be able to recover
those. I was on Compuserve from 1981-1990 (those messages never saved in
the old Compuserve pre-GUI mail days) and from 1994-1997 (mostly for the
forums). I recovered that last batch.
