IE 5 crashed!!!!!!

recently, it suddenlt crash and have program termination
and after that everytime i start IE it crash and have program termination
i can't use IE then
i'm a IE lover
other than using netscape(my netscape also got little problem)
how can i restre my IE?
i've tried intalling IE again, but the system reports i have an IE so no
need to install
and i found nowhere to uninstall IE (in the hope of re-insatlling again)
i know using regedit may do the job but i don't know how to do it
pls help!!!!

What is happening when IE crashes? Is there an error message or does it
just freeze up? Does it only happen when you view a certain page, or
always? And very silly question, Have you rebooted your computer, and if
so Does IE work for a while after reboot and then crash again, or does it
just not load?
As an aside, Microsoft has made it very difficult to uninstall IE 5.0 and
the only way I've been totally sucessful at doing it is by uninstalling
Windows...
As well... I've noticed IE5 does not coexist well with some programs, Like
ICQ Plus. It may be something your running that is causing IE to crash.
Have you installed anything new lately that always runs or that you run
while you are on the internet?
