TrojanPSW.Kates.ae detected, can't remove

I have QuickHeal Total Security antivirus installed, which has
detected TrojanPSW.Kates.ae in C:\Documents and settings\.\..\..\..
\vorcmel.tmp
The quickheal detects and repairs the file, but immediately it
reappears.
Need urgent help.

I downloaded and ran malwarebyte that you suggested. It detected two
trojans and cleaned them, but the problem still remains. I ran smart
and full scans both.
What else can be done now?

Download and execute HiJack This! (HJT)
