I could be wrong... But I can't think of another anti-virus software
developer in Jupiter, Florida.

Oh, I don't think you are wrong. Another plausible possibility would be
that the municipality of Jupiter is giving tax breaks to the anti-virus
industry and companies have begun moving there ;-).
