Hoax Virus

I've just had the brother in law on the 'phone telling me about an e-mail
warning of a virus that's supposed to be running around wiping out hard
drives and to pass it on to the 'world'.

I know that it's a hoax, but he has given me no detail as to its name other
than "there's a picture of a log fire" in the e-mail.

I've run a google on hoax virus programs with no results. Has anyone here
had such an e-mail and if you have, could you pass on the details of it here
please?
