"To protect your computer, some files were blocked."

Yeah, well, turns out I don't -want- them blocked.

I'm a hardcore fan of indie games. Recently, when I try to unzip the
games that I've downloaded, they will not unzip completely. Certain
files are "blocked for my computer's protection."
According to Windows, I should be able to go to the properties of my
saved files, and uncheck a box in the lower corner marked "blocked".
I checked every file of the game I was trying to unzip, and not one of
the files had said box.

Is there anyway that I can turn this setting off?
