resigned because of scandals under his watch when he could not
understand what his officials were telling him. There is no evidence
that he has serious leraning difficulties or that he has become mentally
insane. It is just the fact that he was not the right person to be
leading a country such as the United Kingdom which has nuclear power
that can destroy Russia 5 times over!!*
