I just recently installed Documents to go on my laptop, all worked fine.
Installed on my home PC and HotSync started acting up.

I have since disabled the Documents To Go conduit, and it now syncs again,
but after the sync, the screen remains blank until I hit one of the
shortcuts (Home bottom)

Also disabled the DocsToGo mail conduit on my home pc (Using Lotus Notes on
Laptop and OE 6 on home pc)

The sync takes, and all works fine, but it is supposed to go back to the
HotSync screen.

Using a Palm M505

Any suggestions

Thanks

Try soft reset - if that doesn't work hard reset ?

Edward

Thanks Edward,

I tried all three resets.

The hard reset worked for two sync's and then it was back to square one.

Any other suggestions.

Thanks

Andre

Just installed the Palm FATFS Update. Although this update did not make a
difference with the card access speed, i sync ok now.....

Interesting.......

I had the same problem, and found a hint that this was caused by
an app not responding properly to the hotsync signal (some PalmOS
internal workings I'm not familiar with). Anyway, the hint was ok:
disable - i.e. remove - TimeSync (the add-on that comes with
BackupBuddy).
Try that, perhaps it's the same in your case!

Mine did the same thing even after a hard reset and a new user name so
nothing would load on it (yes the screen was blank with no software loaded
on it) . Called palm and they sent me a replacment.
