good Pop3 email prog

Can anyone recommend a good pop3 email program which runs on the existing
mail application? Tried multimail discovery and thought it was horrible. I
like Mail+ alot but it won't have pop3 support for at least another month.

TG Postman - or if you got several accounts Proximail (essentially same
prog. with
a possibility to manage more than one account)....
Then I've installed DAlauncher and NetconnectDA - the whole bamboodle takes
up some 50 KB and works like clockwork. Forget Eudora and MultiMail Pro, and
for that matter Mail+(should arrive this spring with POP3/SMTP) - TG Postman
was made a couple of years ago by a two fellas studying at Berkeley - it's a
little gem..

There is Empilot, too - the code (and working of the applet) is O.K. but
it's been made by a japanese guy, who hardly speaks a word of english - and
subsequently it sometimes comes back to you with some weird sounding
messages - like i.e. "No send mail" instead of "No mail sent". But apart
from this tiny flaw - which the author by now is aware of - it works O.K.,
but still not as straightforward as TG Postman or Proximail . TG Postman is
available from i.e. PalmGear, but Proximail
is a little more tricky - if you can't find in one of the major sites, try
at www.proxinet.com......
