Hot Sync problem

In the last few weeks after syncing my Palm V the HotSync icon remains in
the desktop tray. However, if I move my cursor over the icon it disappears.
For some reason the HotSync on my desktop unloads itself after syncing.
All I have to do is restart the HotSync program. Any ideas of what might be
causing this problem.

HotSyn manager can be set to be in the destop tray, 1.Always, 2. only when
palm desk is open, or 3. manual. You may have yours set to manual.
