I've read the FAQs, the web sites, etc. and I'm close to deciding on a
PPP... I've got a few questions though...

1. I understand that the PPP will sync with my Outlook/Exchange for
contacts. What about Tasks in Outlook? Do I need 3rd party software
to do that?

2. If I want to dial up to my ISP directly and exchange email, what do
I need (besides a modem) ?

3. Is there an option somewhere that will talk to Lotus Notes 4.5
(specifically, to send and/or retrieve email ?)

Thanks !

Out of the box it will only synch Outlook mail. To sync contacts, to do's,
etc. you need 3rd party software like PilotMirror by Chapura, DataViz's
Desktop-To-Go or Intellisync's software. Most people feel that PilotMirro
does the best job (myself included, I use it)

Nothing

There is a bet called Pylon that will do Lotus Notes

try DesktopToGo from Datawiz. Been using it for about a month and it works
beautifully.
