registration of "vertical reader" -- vr.exe for 200/100lx

I am un-mothballing my HP200lx and am experimenting with the vertical reader
program, vr.

I'd like to be able to register the program, to allow the more advanced
features, but it's not clear if registration is still possible. E.g., do
compuserve accounts still exist?

Can anyone help me to get my vr.exe fully functional?
