HP ProLiant Servers ML110 G5 server

Dear Sir,

We are using HP ProLiant Servers ML110 G5 server with windows 2003 OS
and working smoothly.
Recently we attached extra network card and switch on the power. The
system is not ON, no nay error sound or any error massage. Then remove
an attached network card and switch ON the power. The system is same.
(Death)

Now system having following Symptoms;
When plug the power to system (before ON the system),
1. System fan is working 5 sec (Appx.) and then stop.
2. Power unit fan is bumping and then stop.
3. The Stand by LED in the system board is in Green.
4. The PSU ON LED in the system board is blinking 5 sec (Appx.) and
then off.
5. The power LED in CPU is amber.

When switch on the power in CPU,
1. The system is not function, death.

We done the following troubleshoot;
1. Checked and verify all RAM
2. Checked and verify all HDD

Please advise me to solve above matter.
