Packages that I know of are:

gnucash, homebank, grisbi, gnofin, kmymoney, Quasar Accounting, Tiny ERP, and
buddi.

I am still evaluating these and I haven't yet tried to connect them to my
online bank yet though, so I don't know how well they interface to online
banking services.

My bank is LLoyds TSB. It would be great to have working interfaces for this.
Post a follow up if you have any success.

I am also looking for accountancy software that uses a textual user interface
(console mode), if anyone stumbles across any.
