Fidelity accounts no longer have Quicken download format option

I just noticed that all my Fidelity IRA accounts have not downloaded
transactions since May 2015 -
even the monthly Fidelity Total Bond mutual fund.

I just went to the Fidelity website, logged into my account,
and saw there was activity/history for the bond fund : $113 for 6/30...
but it never downloaded.

I then wanted to manually download the transactions,
and clicking on the download icon/link only yields an immediate prompt
for the saving the CSV formatted file -
there is NO Quicken choice - ?

My normal Quicken 2015 One Step Update never reported any errors of any
kind on these accounts,
and looking at the Account Details it shows Last Transaction 5/29 with a
Last Reconcile and Last Download of 7/18....

Also - the balance is wrong - by the difference of the never downloaded
transaction - but the "downloaded balance" is also wrong as the
reconcile is ZERO.

Not sure what type of account you have, but I just did OSU and
got transactions for two Fidelity accounts - a brokerage account and a
"Smart cash" account. (7/25/2015).

I have multiple accounts, both taxable and IRA at Fido. I've used Q for 25 years, and Fidelity for even longer ... and I've NEVER seen a "download" button available for any Fido account. They're Direct Connect ONLY.

I think I know what the OP was doing. I think he went to the place
where you can download the HISTORY. I have done this a few times to
do some checking for errors - it was easier to d/l them, put in an
Excel spreadsheet, or just print them, and use the print out to go
through my Quicken list of transactions for that account. As far as
I can remember, there was never a Quicken format as a download
option here.

To the OP - is this what you wanted to do, except you thought rthe
D/l format, if in Quicken format, could just be somehow merged into
Quicken without you having to manually enter the missing
transactions?

The OP is a "SuperUser" on QLC. If he doesn't know the difference between an Excel download and a Q download then he should resign as a SuperUser.

That number is NOT Intuit technical support for Quicken. Rather it is a third-party service that may charge large fees based on scare tactics.

IF one is lucky, they'll only lose money. They might also be infested with malware, have their data stolen, etc, etc.
