My Quick Entry Icon has disappeared. This QE screen is very handy. I have no
idea how to get it back on my desktop.
Any help will be appreciated.

John,

Set up a shortcut to
==> C:\QUICKENW\QW.EXE -Q

John:

Right-click on your desktop and select New>Shortcut. It will ask for a
Command Line. Enter this:

"C:\Program Files\Quickenw\QW.EXE" -Q

Be sure to include the quotes in the command line. Also, I assume you
installed Quicken in the default folder, C:\Program Files\Quickenw

Then it will ask for a name. Call it whatever you like. Click Finish.
That's it.

Well, you got two different program locations -- c:\quickenw and c:\program
files\quickenw. You'll need to check your directories to see where YOUR
Quicken programs are.

You can do two things:
1. Create a short cut with the command line C:\QUICKENW\QW.EXE -Q
2. Drag the short cut that was created in your start menu to the desktop
