I have a couple of accounts on mssb.com. Quicken has worked fine since
the transition expect one weekend when MSSB web access was also down.

What's your problem?

I've gone thru the switch. It was only a problem because they downloaded a ton of already downloaded transactions. Since I download every day, I don't know why they couldn't recognize this.

Yes, I got that problem fixed. But on the Stock Trading side of the
new website, there is a problem. When you purchase stock and then got
to the Order Status page and review the details of the order, you
cannot go back to the home page from there. You have to log-out and
log back in to get back to the home page again. Hope they fix that!
