I use the United Airlines Mileage Plus VISA card issued by FUSA. That is
the only account I have with them, no checking, savings or anything else. I
use OneStep Update in Quicken 2000 to download transactions directly into my
VISA register--Web access not required. Works like a charm!

I sympathize. I also have two Suntrust cards and was using PC
Banking. Web Access is practically worthless for use with Quicken. I
will be changing cards as a result of this move.
Not to mention that one month after MBNA obtained our accounts, they
raised the interest rate!

Why would anyone pay 20% interest from the moment they buy anything? By
paying off the total balance on time, every time YOU keep the use of
your money (even if it is only savings account interest) on average 5-6
weeks after you buy the thing. Yes it does require self control. Yes,
I know that's not always possible or easy. But at least split your
purchasing over 2 credit cards, and consistently pay off at least 1 of
them.

I initially had some problems with First USA when they first started
downloading transactions I have not had any problems since they worked out
the initial bug.

Did anyone mention the Quicken Visa card. It originally was issued by
Traveler's Bank, but since Traveler's and Citibank merged, it is now
serviced by Citi. I don't know how you manage your credit, so it may or may
not be a good value for you.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. My Quicken credit card is Visa, so
where does mastercard come in?
