On 01-31-2024 @ 13:04 the original poster acknowledged that:
"SOLVED: all active accounts, all working previously with quicken.
HOWEVER, there was a fraud alert on the account (added additional cell
#), so CapitalOne shut down any interconnections until that was
validated by calling customer service. 5 Mins after confirming
information was legit, reauthorization resumed without any issues."
Confirming, once again, that it's a mistake to jump to conclusions.
And in this case, a call to the financial institution would have solved
the problem over 10 days ago.
