Just was billed by Quicken, since subscription expired. Do I need to download anything?

No. You do not need to download anything.

We may install the Quicken program on as many computers as we'd like.

To install Quicken on the new computer, I suggest you download and
open: https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe

If you want to access the same Quicken file, I suggest you also copy
the Quicken file from the old computer to a folder on a local drive on
the new computer.

There are many ways to copy files between computers. For example, you
may use a thumb drive.

Assuming that you have a Quicken CD, just use it to install it on the
new computer.
