When I peruse C:\...Quicken\Backup, I see 31 files taking up 15.2 MB.
I have 6 Qdata1 files, 6 Qdata2 files... and 7 Qdata5 files. Would it
be safe to delete all the Qdata1-Qdata4 files?
I understand that the Qdata.qdf is the main file (largest), does anyone
know if it's safe to delete any of these: .abd, .npc, .qel, .qsd, or
.qtx?
Thanks,
Bud

Anything that you do should be done on ALL of the file in the dataset
(<filename>.*)
I don't know the order of the automatic backups, but you can delete
all of them, or all of them except the latest one. Depends on how
secure you are in the number and alternate locations that you have for
backups.

It's best to use Windows Explorer (or equivalent) and look at the
dates on the files.

Confirm this scheme by looking at the dates of your own backup files. (In your \BACKUP directory)
