I have an account "Amazon Store Card" that is sourced from Synchrony
Bank. This bank's web page used to offer .qif export, but no longer.
Now all they have is
* Quicken Web Connect
* Quicken Books (sic)
* Microsoft Money
* CVS/Excel
The first two formats are identical, and the last two are not relevant
to Quicken.
The "Quicken Web Connect" file is what I am trying to work with. Its
name is Transaction.qfx and it starts like this:
OFXHEADER:100
DATA:OFXSGML
VERSION:102
SECURITY:NONE
ENCODING:USASCII
CHARSET:1252
COMPRESSION:NONE
OLDFILEUID:NONE
NEWFILEUID:NONE
<OFX>
<SIGNONMSGSRSV1>
<SONRS>
<STATUS>
<CODE>0
<SEVERITY>INFO
</STATUS>
<DTSERVER>20151129065145.530[-8:PST]
<LANGUAGE>ENG
<FI>
<ORG>SYNCB
<FID>4537
</FI>
<INTU.BID>4537
</SONRS>
</SIGNONMSGSRSV1>
The only format in Quicken that seems to be relevant is "Web Connect
File". When I attempt to import, Quicken says
Quicken is unable to complete your request. [(l-221-A]
[OL-221-B]
Where can I find an example of an acceptable .qfx file. Maybe I can
text-process what Synchrony Bank gives me into something that Quicken
will accept.
