Convert Q Windows .QDF to Q Mac QDFM

I just started on a 4-week trip. I brought my laptop which uses
Quicken Mac. I also brought my Quicken file from home which uses
Quicken Windows.

Quicken Windows produces QDF files; Quicken Mac wants QDFM files.

How can I convert? Four weeks without Quicken is burdonesome.
