Would you like to print your own deposit slips saving $$ from you forms
ordering costs!

I have created a Word document that can print personalized deposit slips, in
voucher format, which can include logo, watermark and color variations.

Make the deposits to various bank accounts easy to recognize from one
another.

Yes, you can do the work to design these for your accounts OR you can pay me
$25 and I will send you the file and you can just change the account numbers
and logo. Or you can give me the info and I will customize the form for you
for $35. $10 more for each additional customization.

Yes, I can accept PayPal.

Thanks for your interest,

My bank told me that they only accept pre printed forms becouse they use a
magnitic ink on the forms. So i cant print deposit slips anyway.

Have you verified that that goes for deposit slips too? Usually the bank
doesn't actually use those for computerized form reading, like a check.
(Otherwise, you couldn't just use the forms in the lobby, those deposit
slips aren't preprinted with magnetized account numbers.) As a former
teller, most the banks I have been affiliated with actually threw the
deposit slips away after taking the account number and verifying that the
teller total and the customer total match.

Here's a shameless plug. Try Qslip for free at www.qtools.com -- it prints
on your bank's pre-printed deposit slips from your QB data.

Chris,

Sounds like you reinvented the wheel.

I am using a product that prints checks and deposit slips.

Look at Versacheck, at www.versacheck.com

I bought a MICR magnetic toner for my HP 6P printer, so I print out all my
deposit slips and checks.

I've been doing this for about 7 years now. Banks do accept the checks even
without the MICR toner, since most use OCR for processing. My bank accepts
the deposit slips too. Checks without the MICR toner get rejected by
Chekrite verification systems.

Hasta la vista,

William

Another option is a PDF form that let's you fill in your information then print the deposit slip that is QB ready. See the last post in this thread for a link to download the PDF file:
