Does anyone know how I can email a PAID invoice in Quickbooks Pro 2002 - it
only appears to allow me to email a non paid invoice.

It should be possible to configure a "Paid Invoice" template using the term
"Paid" in a large font size or replace your image logo with a "PAID IN
FULL", etc. and then simply send it again as an invoice.

Someone at Intuit probably couldn't understand why anyone would want
to do this, so they disabled the feature to "protect" you from making
what they believed was a mistake. There is a lot of that going around.

Not sure what version you are using, but on Version QB2003 pro, If I find
the paid invoice, I am allowed to send the invoice with a PAID stamp showing
on it.

Maybe that or you need the new "2003 Super Extra Pro Advisor Enterprise
Elite" version to do that ;-)

Using 2002;

Having Adobe Acrobat installed, I can print the invoice as a PDF, then
attach it to an email.

Using online billing, it also works if you <check> "To be sent" and re-save
the form.
If it does not work the first time, Open it again, and re-save it...
