Re-open a closed period

Whoops! Not being the accountant type, I closed a fiscal year when I
thought it would simply prevent being able to post anything else to the
period until I re-opened it. I can't find out how to re-open a period. Is
even at all possible?

Date (where you probably set the date). Then simply remove the date.

On the other hand, a closing date does not stop you from looking at
earlier data. It only stops you (or makes it harder) from changing
it, so consider not changing or deleting this.
