Sure, and you almost know how. Go to Company, Set Up Users, and Closing
Date (where you probably set the date). Then simply remove the date.
On the other hand, a closing date does not stop you from looking at
earlier data. It only stops you (or makes it harder) from changing
it, so consider not changing or deleting this.
