The number of assets is getting bigger so I would like to know how I
can choose to print only certain new assets being added to the
depreciation schedule. I am afraid that it will print depreciation
schedule for all 10-12 assets on one page so small that it would be
hard to read.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you try creating 'groups' of assets? Then you could print a
report for that group.

No, Michelle, I am not sure how to creat a group of assets. I did
look but could not figure out how.

Thanks.
