Need PC based Telephone answering system

I am looking for any software that will answer my telephone and offer
the caller the option to leave a message or send a fax.

Can you help or refer me to a site to get this software.

If you find this, please let me know. Actually, if the sofware also
answered the phine when I'm using the phone line for internet or file
transfer, that would be even better.
