Ham Helper is a program for Amateur Radio operators. It has many
things that will make operating just a little easier. First, it will
display UTC time, both in the main window, and on the task bar, so it
is always easy to see. You can lookup what country a callsign or
prefix is from. Ham Helper has W1AW, Band Plans and QSignal
references. Also included is a 10 minute ID timer, a scrap book to
"write" down things heard on the air, and a WWV alert (optional),
which, at 15 minutes past the hour will remind you to tune to WWV for
the latest solar report.

itimer30.zip Intertimer: Internet cost & time logging. Free
Intertimer v3.0 is a user-enabled program that calculates the cost of
your Internet sessions automatically or manually. The program can be
configured to run hidden every time you start windows. It makes a
difference between guests, limited access users, and administrators.
Guests can only record their online time, limited access users can view
the logfile, and the administrator can access the options screen, the
user edit screen and delete entries from the logfile, Intertimer also
keeps a detailed logfile for every time a user is online. There are
three modes the program can be run in: the normal mode (manually start
and stop recording), the netdetect mode (automatically start and stop
recording when a connection is detected), and the spy mode (in this
mode, the program runs hidden but records automatically like the
netdetect mode). Limits can be set for each user and when exceeded,
the connection will be terminated or a warning will be shown. You can
fully specify the amount of money to pay during peak or off-peak-hours,
you can also specify from when to when there are peak/off-peak hours,
set a minimum amount to pay, connect and disconnect from within the
program, change a users debt manually (only for admins), calculate tax,
change the interface language (dutch/english), choose the currency,
specify the path where the logfile will be kept, and much more! And it
does not slow your system down. When you use this program, you never
have surprising phone bills.

JDK Commander is a tools integration program that has been designed as
an entry level Java development tool for Microsoft Windows PCs. It
complements Sun's Java Development Kit (JDK) by wrapping the JDK in a
graphical user interface. JDK Commander was written by someone who
appreciated the functionality of the tools in the JDK, but was
frustrated by the awkward DOS command line interface. The design goals
were
- Absolutely no interactive DOS windows.
- No command line interface except where unavoidable: Only the jdb
debugger requires command line interaction.
- No installation problems.
- Flexibility in using multiple versions of JDK.
- Support for multiple public classes in a single source file.
Although this does not conform to the standards established by Sun,
this feature has been implemented (with an appropriate warning) for
compatibility with other Java development tools.
