Yahoo web cam/Actiontec DSL modem

my friends have web cams on Yahoo. I am the only one who cannot receive
video. I setup WinXP Pro according to the Yahoo help files. I think I need
to open the ports on the Actiontec DSL modem. I am having a tough time of
it.

Interestingly, I can receive Microsoft IM video. I never setup a darn thing.
go figure...
any advice?
