I am looking for a USB 2.0 WebCam that can provide 640x480 at 30fps
(without tweaking the software).
The only webcam I have found that will do this is a USB WebCam that is
built into a Sony Viao notebook.
I have tried Microsoft VX-1000 and VX-3000. I have also tried a
Logitech QuickCam IM.
This article on Logitech's website discusses how to achieve 640x480 at
30fps with a QCP 9000, but I want to send webcams to customers and
want them to have to tweak the camera to achieve 640x480 at 30fps:
"How to get 30 Frames Per Second with your Logitech Webcam"
http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/How-to-get-30-Frames-Per-Second-with-your-Logitech-Webcam/m-p/202898
If anyone has success stories with easily achieving 640x480 at 30fps
using a USB 2.0 webcam, please post them.
Thanks,
