That's DFP, one of the predecessors of DVI...

Did you try ati.com (or now amd.com)? They should still have Win98
drivers for the Xpert cards...

I have some Elsa Winner DFP 16MB AGP cards with S3 Savage4 (new cards,
bulk version) somewhere in my storage that have DFP, and also a 3DLabs
GLINT card that has DFP, too, but I'm in Germany so it's probably too
far off. Maybe you can find some card on ebay...
There are not much cards that have this DFP connector. Besides the ATI
Xpert LCD (the card you have) the Elsa Winner DFP, and the 3DLabs GLINT
there also is a Number9 card that has DFP. The fastest card is probably
the Elsa Winner.

If so, the connector is a DFP port, which is not widely used:

There was an ATi card called XpertLCD with DFP support, based on the LT Pro
chipset. This might be the one you have:
http://ati.amd.com/products/rageltpro/xpertlcd/index.html . If that's the
case, officially the card is supported by the standard ATi 3D Rage Pro / LT
Pro drivers (scroll to bottom of the page):
