Problem with: Sapphire Radeon 9000 ViVo, MMC 8.5 and VideoIn

My problem is, that I can't get VideoIn running with my Radeon 9000
ViVo card in combination with MMC 8.5.

I tried it with CAT 3.4/3.5/3.6 and also with the latest Sapphire
driver (91).
-> no success

System: W2K (SP3, tested also with SP4) DX9.0

After installation of the display driver / MMC 8.5 and trying to start
TV / Video In, I get the error "Unable to start TV" and the ATIs PC
Check displays:
"Not version 7.85 or more recent"
Display driver version is 7.91!! in the properties sheet of display
control panel.

Who has this combination running and can start MMC 8.5 TV/Video IN?

Hope someone can give me a hint, thanks

Do you have 32bit for display depth?
I get an error from "Eazylook" complaining about display depth after MMC 8.x
upgrade to 8.5
