Hello.
I'm helping a client with his five(?) years old HP Pro 8600 N911g
(CN579A) printer. Last night, its old magenta printer ink cartridge ran
out (very light) so we replaced it with a refilled ink from Costco but
the printer didn't want to use it. So, we used a brand new official HP
951XL Z10 (its warranty ends on 6/3/2020) cartridge (heavy and
shakeable) and that worked fine until tonight with its blurry print results.
I ran its three cleanings, but that helped a little. And then I tried
two alignments, but they became unsuccessful (how do I make them
successful then?). I tried powering off and on the printer to see if
that help, but it did not. Should I even try to shutdown, disconnect its
power, replug, and repower on (will that makes any differences?).
Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? Does he need a new printer
soon? :( Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
