Flashed Bios - Strange Problems

Hi Guys
could do with some help please.

I have an Asus Mobo P7P55D LE, running Window 7 SP 1, with 4gb .

Using the software supplied on the Mobo disk: AsusUpdate, I decided to
update the BIOS, form the Asus site.

My original Bios was AMI 1801(07/30/2010) and the latest correct Bios is AMI
2003 (12/16/2010)

The AsusUpdate program confirmed it was the correct Bios update and
downloaded it, ask me if I wanted to flash the Bios which I did, everything
seemed to be ok, told me I had to restart my computer which I did.
Now got the problem the computer won't boot it says the Boot Loader is
missing, so I booted it using F8 Safe mode, which gave me the selection of
the Hdd's to choose from, so I selected the hdd with the OS On

My Hdd with the OS on does not show up in, in boot sequence devices, but
show up in my computer, device manager and computer management, so the only
way to get the thing to boot up is keep going to the safe mode, which is a
pain
Would appreciate any help on solving this problem please
