According to:

http://www.ping.be/bios/

(from the AMI BIOS string) it's an M570.

It's no longer a current product listed at www.pcchips.com (warning:
painfully slow site). You may have to hunt it down on the web. One hit:

http://www.tigerdistributing.com/mb/m570.asp

It looks like it's not intended for a 95 or 100 MHz FSB.

Have fun.

You have a M570 motherboard
the fastest it will go is 83.3 MHz
The fastest CPU it will use is an AMD K6-2 366
for info on the motherboard see:
http://www.asiatech.com.hk/h-m570.html
to get an AMD K6-2 366 go to:
http://www.morevalu.net
get their AMD K6-2 380 for $ 46.00
then set it up at 66.6 MHz x 5.5 = 366 MHz
it works fine

Try www.pcware.com/ , search "Products" in the pulldownmenu click "go there"
then click on the Slot 1-series (or whatever processor you've got). I found
mine after the figure of the board.
