I have inherited this machine. It is in a 936 chassis. There is no
post. I get fan and amber light on the psu's. I get green light and fans
when I push the power button. The chassis fans and cpu fan turn on. But
other then that nothing except the solid overheat light on the front
panel. No pwr light on either the front panel or the led next to the
front panel connector on the Motherboard. I have done and checked the
following:

1. Checked the battery 3.27 Vdc
2. Cleared CMOS
3. Checked all Jumpers (default)
4. shorted then removed the JOH
4. Reseated Memory
5. Removed and checked for short to ground Motherboard. - Reinstalled.
6. Removed all cards - reseated video only.
7. Received same power up situation - front panel OH light steady - only.

I am not familiar with the OH situation. Upon reading the Intel Lit. I
believe the cpu will shut down before failure. Could the power regulator
be bad - I removed it and looked and smelled but it did not look bad.

I could use some help with this. TIA
