Iwill dvd 266

I have an Iwill dvd 266 motherboard.

I have two P III 1 GHZ chips

I had 1000 gigs of ram installed.

I recently purchased a 512 gig stick of additional ram. When I
installed it no additional ram is indicated on boot up.

I have checked to see if the ram is working and it is. (took the
others out and tried it).

I went to the manual I have on the board and it is not clear on what
changes need to be made in the bios. The board is suppose to handle
up to 4 1 gig sticks of ram.

I understand there have been issues with XP pro recognizing more than
1 gig of ram. I have an additional computer with an ABIT board and it
recognized 2 512 sticks and a 1 256 stick

Anyone have any suggestions?
