According to this, sound is via CMEDIA 8738 (a PCI sound chip).

http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=930

You could try here, under PCI audio. I use a separate CMI8738
based card, and didn't have too much trouble finding a driver.

http://www.cmedia.com.tw/?q=en/driver

The RAID is HighPoint HPT 372 Ultra133, according to that article.
A possible web site is here.

http://www.highpoint-tech.com/

I notice the main chip on this RocketRAID 133 is HPT372N, so it is
possible the driver for this card is related to the driver you need.

The driver version here is similar to one I got off the Abit site.
And there is also the RAID management GUI, for setting up the array.
The v2351 file seems to be the same size as the Abit one.

http://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA/bios_rr133.htm (driver and gui packages)

( ftp://ftp.abitshop.com/pub/driver2/hpt37x/v2351.zip ) (driver only, on Abit)

Maybe you can cobble something together from that. If not,
ask over in the Abit group, for help with Highpoint, as
Highpoint used to be one of the RAID companies that Abit
used on their boards.

web.archive.org has been shaky lately, but I managed to find something.

Iwill support was apparently on a separate server, and as of today, this page doesn't
render properly. By looking at the page source, I found another link.

http://web.archive.org/web/20061209022119/http://www.iwill.com.tw/product_legacy2.asp?na=XP333-R&SID=32&MID=26&Value=25

This page shows the drivers they offered, as of 2006 for your board. Not much on
that date. The actual file took a third try. The archiver today, captures drivers
when it archives a site, but it hasn't always done that, which is why the links
on a captured page can be dead.

http://web.archive.org/web/20061118053305/http://support.iwill.net/supports/DriverResult.asp?vID=25&SID=33&MID=26&Value=25

Here is a driver for CMI8738. Make sure

1) Chip is actually present on the motherboard. In the old days, audio was an
"optional" feature, meaning you buy boards with audio or without audio (WOA).
2) See if there is an enable/disable in the BIOS for the CMI8738.

http://web.archive.org/web/20070102023947/http://support.iwill.net/supports/drivers/CMedia/cmi8738_0637.zip

In my copy of PKZIP, the downloaded file is noted as "damaged" and is then
fixed by PKZIP (pkfixed.zip). The pkfixed.zip unzips OK. There are three folders - ME, W2K, XP.

I looked at the cmaudio.ini file, and while it doesn't look exactly the
same as the one I've got on disk here, it seems to have the same intent.
They generally throw lines into the file, for all the motherboards that
ever had the chip on it, and one of those lines should be matching your
board. They don't usually remove those lines, so the file should grow
with more recent releases. As a result, I have a suspicion, that something
isn't right with the chip on your board - check the setup carefully.

Good luck,
Paul

If it`s not too large in size; it might
be worth uploading to one of those
driver sites, like driverguide, etc.
As this is quite a rare find, and would
be quite helpful to countless other ppls
that have that same mobo, or one of the others.
