GA-6BA Warning Tones

The power supply in my computer has just been replaced but now when it is
turned on its makes a 2 second tone followed by a 1 second pause , can
anyone tell me what this tone means I usually turn off the computer after a
second or two so I am not sure if there are any other problems with the m/b
