Anyone successfully using either of these two AGP cards on a AT form GA-6BA
(BX chipset) and if so what's your board revision number?

Mucho thanks.

If you have the last revision BA board (The one with the "Voodoo" jumpers), then
all should be fine to use these video cards in that board, if your board doesnt
have those jumpers, you need to modify the board or forget about the ATi
cards.(Particularly if they have more than 32Mb ram onboard)

Thanks Jeff ..... that would be a GA-6BA Rev. 3.0 and since I only have a
Rev. 2.5 board, I better visit eBay to look for a Rev. 3.0 board before
dropping in a 128 Mb ATI Radeon 8500.

Any links to how I can mod the board if I can't find a used Rev. 3.0??

BTW, I've heard rumors that the 64 Mb 7500 Radeon may work okay on the Rev.
2.5 boards ... sometimes.
