When I run SI Sandra it tells me I do not have sideband addressing
enabled. Is there any advantage to having it enabled? How do I enable
it?

It does not appear to be in the bios.

Download NVMax (www.nvmax.com I think) and use that to enable it.

Same setup I have. If you are running Nvidia reference drivrers, download
the AGP Wizard from Creative. Another choice is to run the Creative Drivers
and use NVTweak. You're not likely to see much of a performance improvement,
and it is possible for it to negatively impact stability...but worth a try.
