Some possible problems. One, if the module you have for cache has a tag ram
chip already you don't need one in the socket. Two, if the cache module is
DRAM it will not cache more than 64 megs. I have an earlier revision of
your board and it sings with 128 meg in NT! The board will cache all 512
possible megs of memory. Does the revision 3.0 have a cache jumper to set
for caching over 64 megs? Mine does. I don't think this would cause a
no-boot situation though. Also, are you sure it's the right module? The
people I got my board from had to actually try the one I got because they
weren't even sure! Luck I got it with the board. Maybe it's even a bad
module . . .
