1.5V AGP

On the ASUS website it says that ALL ASUS AGP 4x boards can run at 1.5
volts. I have a 2 year old ASUS V7100 Geforce 2 MX AGP 4x/2x board.
Nowhere can I find how (or if) this board can run at 1.5...Is this an
exception the the FAQ?

No, this card is no exception. AGP 4x is only defined in the AGP 2.0
specification which requires 1.5V signaling level. All GeForce series
cards support 1.5V signaling (even the TNT2 chip did, however not all
graphic boards with TNT2 chips did).

I've seen some boards that have a 3.3/1.5 jumper...since my board makes no
mention of this can I just plug it into a 1.5 agp only motherboard without
doing anything and not fry the MB? The only thing my vid manual says is
make sure the 3.3V power supply line can handle the load. No mention
anywhere about 1.5V or how to change from agp 2x to 4x.

Those 3.3V supply are of course still used today (only some very old agp
1.0 boards hat problems to provide enough power, since the allowed limit
wasn't in the specs...). Cards with jumpers are not a good idea (only
used on TNT2 cards AFAIK). But yes, you can just plug your card in.
