Hi, i have a P/I-P55TP4XE,90MHz. What can i upgrade to?

According to ASUS's Web site, it will take up to an Intel Pentium
200 (non-MMX).

But only from rev. 2.4 on. Elder boards are limited to 166 MHz
CPUs. Of course, Intel's overdrive MMX-CPUs do work as well.
