A7V133 does not want to boot...

Hi there my a7v133 does not want to boot... I get the following post error
code (beeps)

Medium short short, 3-5sec delay then short high ,short low.

What does it mean? The following is my setup!

Asus a7v - Rev 1.02
300W Power Supply
ati rage 128 agp
128Mb DIMM 133Mhz
AMD 1000Mhz Duron
Award Bios

I only have the above plugged in,

I'd reseat the DIMM and video card.

I'd swap the DIMM to a different socket

Or I'd try another known good video <agp> card or another good DIMM.
