P2B doesn't shut down anymore since 1007

Help,
Since I flashed by bios on my ASUS P2B from 1006 to 1007, when you select
shut down in WIN98, the hard disk powers down, but the case/MB/Fans don't.
They used to in 1006. It fires up fine using the space bar. Any ideas ?

Go into BIOS and double check your Power Manage. settings.
Make sure under Power Up Control > PWR Button is set to: Soft-Off
AND Automatic Power Up is disabled. You may also have to disable
Suspend mode in BIOS if it still doesn't shut off.

i just flashed mine today and it shuts down fine ..
